Designer

We are seeking a Designer with 1 – 3 years relevant experience in architectural practice. Position is responsible for supporting team in project design and presentation, drafting design development and preparing construction documents. Position requires candidate to be self-motivated, responsible, efficient, and work in a team environment.

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of professional experience
  • BArch or MArch degree from an accredited university
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Client service oriented and creative problem solver
  • Demonstrated computer savvy:
    • Expert use of Revit and AutoCAD as construction document production tools (AutoCAD 3D-Studio or SketchUp a plus)
    • Expert use of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)

Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with 5 to 8 years relevant experience in overseeing all aspects of a project including: coordination with consultants, contractors, owner’s representatives and internal project teams, detailing and construction document preparation, construction administration, management and quality control of institutional, and commercial projects.

  • 5 – 8 years of professional experience
  • BArch or MArch degree from an accredited university

  • Minimum two years of direct experience with Revit
  • Demonstrated computer savvy:
    • Expert use of Revit and AutoCAD as construction document production tools (AutoCAD 3D-Studio or SketchUp a plus)
    • Expert use of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
    • Other computer graphic skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) a plus

Architectural Intern

We are seeking an architectural intern currently enrolled in a BArch or MArch program at an accredited university for a part time or summer position. The individual will support team in project design and presentation, preparing construction documents, and performing various office tasks. Position requires candidate to be self-motivated, responsible, efficient, and work in a team environment.
