The client wanted to remodel a successful but outgrown restaurant space in an existing historic building on a prominent street corner in Schaumburg. Part of the work included moving the existing kitchen to a new adjacent building to free up space for additional seating and new waiting area with a vestibule. The second phase of the project included a second floor outdoor patio between the kitchen and seating areas.
